Prepare the Package
Securely pack the phone in its original Y2KPHONES packaging, ensuring all included accessories, chargers, and manuals are placed inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the device to ensure it is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
